Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) Why ?

The Electricity at Work Regulations require that in regulation 4 (2) As may be necessary to prevent danger, all systems shall be maintained so as to prevent, so far as is reasonably practicable, such danger.

Data, Voice & IT Installations.

We are able to provide the installation of Cat 5 and Cat 6, with full testing to 300MHz with our own Fluke & Ideal cable tester. Results can be downloaded and presented to the customer.

Thermal Image Surveys.

We use Fluke Thermal Imagers and Fluke Infrared Thermometers to provide a first class survey and report. Locating hot spots that warn of imminent equipment failure, increase equipment lifetime and avoid possible electrical fires.

Energy Monitoring.

We operate ESP Energy Monitoring equipment, and can provide energy surveys up to 3,000 amps. Trend reports and detailed graphs provide Voltage, Current, Hz, VA, Watts, VAr, PF, WHr, VAHr etc.
